Who We Are

Since we opened for business in 2001 DirtLogic has never turned away a dirtwork project. No matter how complicated or time-sensitive the job, we don't consider it done until you are completely satisfied.

DirtLogic's do-what-it-takes attitude runs deep. In fact, just last year our president, Matthew Gebarowski, met a client on Christmas Day. Not even Santa works on Christmas day, but Matthew not only met with the contractor but made sure they were both home in time to open gifts.

Andrew Iverson was out of town on vacation with his wife and 2 kids, when a client at the last minute needed a crucial revision to his take-off. Andrew packed up his laptop, found the nearest internet cafe and through a slow connection and cramped desk space, Andrew was able to get the revision back to our client in time for the bid. No questions asked. No complaints uttered.

DirtLogic exists to make your life easier. We listened to you, our clients, and know that you need accurate, user-friendly dirtwork take-offs and models for GPS delivered in a timely, affordable manner. Every day we're going above and beyond to make sure we continue to be an irreplaceable member of your dirtwork team. Our proprietary DirtLogic innovations and exceptional personalized service go hand in hand with making you feel like we're a partner with your company rather than just a vendor.

What We Do

DirtLogic assists Civil Engineers, Landscape Architects, Contractors, Developers and Architects at any stage of a project to help determine the most efficient way to deal with site grading. We are able to provide practical "What if" scenarios and solutions for any sized project, which reduces risk, project costs and overall design time.

  • DirtLogic lends a neutral, third-party voice if the unfortunate occasion of a change order dispute should present itself. By providing a clear and accurate assessment of the issues, our involvement has proven to be a critical component to settling disagreements and salvaging valuable business relationships.

  • We stand behind our service and exist as a strategic alternative to the stress and expense of hiring an in-house technician or tying up the valuable time of your other professionals.

Site Take-offs and GPS Models are our business. It's what we do all day every day and we make it a priority to stay at the forefront of the latest technology. With DirtLogic's expertise and sophisticated system of checks and balances there is nothing left to chance. We provide detailed and user-friendly information for your project with an average turn-around time of one to three days. More importantly, you use us on an "As needed" basis only.
